Our Middle School Program consists of one-hour specialized classes, allowing athletes to focus on the skill of their choice in a small-group setting. Each session is designed to provide in-depth instruction, competitive reps, and game-ready development.
Our Speed & Strength Training Program, powered by Overtime Athletics, uses a data-driven approach to maximize performance, with all of our trainers certified through Overtime Athletics Performance Group and more. Through advanced 3D Biometric Motion Capture, Vald Force Plates, and Timing Gates, we assess an athlete’s movement patterns, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and create a customized training plan designed to enhance speed, strength, and overall athleticism. Players are tested bi-monthly to track progress overtime.
Designed around introducing, building, and perfecting high-level skills. With unlimited access to our 1 hr skill classes (hitting, pitching/throwing, infield, and catching), this membership is a sure fire way to help your athlete grow their skills to be ready for High School baseball and beyond.

Our Middle School Camps are designed to bridge the gap between essential fundamentals and high-level execution. We focus on advanced concepts while ensuring that the foundational drills—often misunderstood or taught incorrectly—are done with precision and purpose. By reinforcing proper technique and challenging athletes in a competitive environment, we help players unlock their true potential and translate their skills into real-game success.
In this 1-on-1 or small group (2-4) setting, you’ll work with one of our highly qualified instructors to break down your mechanics, identify areas for improvement, and build a personalized plan for growth. Whether in a 30-minute or 1-hour session, these lessons provide a deeper understanding of what’s happening within your game and the action steps needed for real progress.
Where personal and small group instruction meets the team environment. In this high-energy, rep-intensive instructional setting, teams train under a progressive based curriculum that challenges not just individual skill acquisition but the mental and physical competition dynamic to transition learning from the cage to when it matters most. Here, “team practice” takes on a whole new look and feel to get the most out of your time together individually and as a collective unit.
Teams will go through 2 hrs of high-level fundamental training which is the foundational components to ensuring continual and consistent development at every level of play. Areas of focus include, hitting, defense, pitching, athletic throwing, and performance training. The teams who win consistently at the high levels, are the ones who execute better than their opponent and that execution is rooted in the fundamentals.
